Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Experience in staff recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and laws.
