Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management and hiring processes.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and coach team.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards across shifts.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members; recognize performance.
• Manage cash, inventory, labor, and cost controls.
