Job summary

Taco Bell in Fall River, MA seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll recruit, train, coach and develop talent, setting the standard for operations and service.

You’ll own P&L, scheduling, training, compliance, and drive growth through guest satisfaction and profitability, with a 50-hour week and strong focus on culture and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong team.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive training plans for managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, fostering equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to quickly resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service, coach on CHAMPS standards, and lead rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
