Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of management or restaurant leadership experience.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training including food safety and management certifications.
• Enhance guest experiences through team development and coaching.
• Create schedules, delegate shifts, and maintain operational standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to meet quarterly goals.
• Address guest and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and use management tools effectively.
• Foster a positive team culture and high morale.
• Perform other duties essential for smooth restaurant operations.
