Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate restaurant equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and handle food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling and supervising staff.
• Train, coach, and develop team to meet performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation policies.
• Address guest and team concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive team culture and morale through recognition and leadership.
• Support performance reviews and mentorship of team members.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report hazards or concerns.
• Complete required training and certifications.
