Job summary

LOGAN in Chattanooga is seeking a Manager (FOH & BOH) to direct daily restaurant operations, blend front- and back-of-house responsibilities, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will lead teams, oversee shifts, monitor food quality and costs, ensure safety standards, and uphold our brand. The role drives revenue while maintaining a positive work environment.

You will champion staff development, manage vendor relations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all service facets.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate.
Prior Front of House & Back of House Manager experience.
3+ years of restaurant experience.
Supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication.
Adhere to Uniform Attire & Appearance standards.
Completes certifications (LTO, new menu, etc.).
Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
Meets all company service standards.
Follows direction with focused attention.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Oversee staff, shifts, and scheduling.
Manage inventory, vendor relations, and costs to optimize profitability.
Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
Balance daily and nightly cash drawers and deposits.
Uphold brand image and culture of excellence.
