Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment while delivering great food and friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• ServeSafe Certified (when required)
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Lead scheduling and deployment of Team Members and Shift Leaders to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain health and safety standards and adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
