Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Requires ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and build a strong team to ensure great food and friendly service.
• Lead scheduling, coaching, and performance management to meet standards.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Represent Border Foods in customer interactions and manage guest experiences.
