Border Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a diverse team. You will reinforce core values — Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment — while ensuring safe, friendly service and great food.

The role requires up to 50 hours weekly, ServeSafe certification, and a track record in hiring and coaching. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Non-exempt management position; 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Provide a safe, welcoming environment and friendly guest experience.
• Drive fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders.
