This non-exempt management role requires ServeSafe certification, flexibility to work various shifts, and a commitment to the CORE values of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServeSafe Certified or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and lead a strong team to provide great food and friendly service.
• Schedule and deploy team members to meet business needs and maintain labor costs.
• Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards and ensure compliance with laws.
• Provide coaching and development to team members and handle customer concerns professionally.
