Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced Taco Bell franchise environment. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation, lead a dynamic team, and ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.

The role emphasizes enforcing Border Foods CORE values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment—while delivering fast and safe service, managing scheduling, and driving business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification is preferred or required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build a strong team and provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
