Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Eau Claire, WI. Salary ranges hourly from $16.70 to $33.17. You will lead operations to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and fast service; train staff; and model strong customer service.

Responsibilities include staffing, performance reviews, hiring, coaching, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This onsite role requires a hands-on leader dedicated to throughput and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash) to company guidelines and budgets.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet scheduling requirements.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders, and AGM positions.
• Coach and train staff to achieve certification and performance goals.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver high guest service and resolve guest issues.
