Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive results, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will oversee staff, uphold food safety, and model accountability while focusing on sales growth and profitability.

The role requires a proven leadership background in fast casual or quick service, with a valid driver's license and commitment to excellence in operations and team development.

Qualifications

Prior management experience or similar role required.
Customer service experience required.
Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
High School education or equivalent.
Ability to lead by example and hold team accountable.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
