Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead store operations and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee food safety, staff development, and customer service excellence while ensuring standards and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring prior management experience in quick service, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to lead by example and collaborate with a team to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
