Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
