Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and maintain high standards of customer service. The role emphasizes cost controls, inventory management, food safety, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have prior management experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fast food experience is preferred and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
