Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, focus on customer service, and support our team members. You will oversee operations, safety, and cost controls while driving sales and profitability.

Ideal candidates have prior management or leadership experience, a background in quick service, and a valid driver's license. You will lead by example and ensure accountability across the team to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.

• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent.

• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
