Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead daily operations, drive results, and deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-food setting.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage costs, and ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met. The role requires prior management or supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
