• Provide quality products to customers by building a quality system and ensuring each order reflects the customer's request.
• Recruit and train team members, maintain staffing, and coach for performance.
• Manage sales and profit goals, budget adherence, and cost controls using the PROFIT System.
• Oversee inventory, assets, safety, and compliance with laws and company policies.
