Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at Taco Bell locations. You’ll develop teammates, manage financials, and uphold culture, safety, and guest satisfaction while prepping for General Manager responsibilities.

Lead recruiting and training, coach Team Members and Shift Leaders, ensure brand standards, labor optimization, and health/safety compliance. Drive profits through cash controls and inventory management, in a 50-hour week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytics, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Proactive, energetic leader who drives results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training and developing top talent.
• Coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory and safety compliance.
