Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• A dynamic, energetic, and proactive leader who drives results.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability by recruiting, training, and developing top talent; coach SLs to achieve performance excellence.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience within brand standards and safe, welcoming environment.
• Grow the Brand, Sales, and Profits by managing cash controls, inventory, and labor optimization.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory management, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain facilities and equipment through preventative maintenance and operational checks.
