Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at Taco Bell. You will develop your team, manage finances, and ensure store culture, safety and guest satisfaction. This role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities while driving growth.

You will lead recruiting, training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain high standards and operational speed across shifts.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
