Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and develop store talent. You will coach Team Members and Shift Leaders, drive performance, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You’ll contribute to labor scheduling, inventory control, and health/safety compliance while supporting profit growth and operational excellence to prepare for general manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing top talent.
• Coach and mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.

• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
