Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Gaffney, SC to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires you to assume responsibility in the GM's absence, train staff, and drive operational excellence through decision making and coaching.

You will manage labor, inventory, and cash controls, while fostering a culture of equity and belonging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and uphold brand standards.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to drive satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members while promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals to staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed and food safety is prioritized.
