Job summary

Taco Bell in Simpsonville, SC seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in the GM's absence and uphold brand standards. You will train, coach, and recognize the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing 50-hour weeks (40 regular, 10 overtime).

In this role you will collaborate with the GM on performance, hiring, and operational excellence, ensuring food safety and employee development across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and monitoring inventory.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation across teams.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent and support the GM in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shifts and food safety standards when GM is absent.
• Provide ongoing feedback to team and address employee relations.
• Support with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, security procedures, and labor costs.
