Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC seeks an experienced AGM to help manage restaurant operations during shifts or in the absence of the RGM. The AGM will back the RGM in sales and profit planning, training Team Members, and will gain proficiency in all restaurant operations to prepare for advancement to an RGM role.

The position requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a focus on operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or better
• CHAMPS Certification required
• Developing Champions Certification for leadership in absence of RGM

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant and motivate Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members.
• Train staff and model appropriate skills and behaviours.
• Assist in daily operations, labor management, inventory control, and placement of orders.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet targets and drive margins.
• Support RGM in sales, profit planning and action plans for in-store issues.
• Ensure safety, health, and company policies are followed.
• Develop and maintain supplier and franchise relationships.
