America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking an AGM to support the RGM in sales and profit planning, training Team Members, and gaining proficiency in all restaurant operations for future advancement. You will provide leadership to Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members, while hands-on modeling operational skills and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• CHAMPS Certification is required.
• Developing Champions Certification for Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members to achieve operational excellence.
• Train employees and role-model appropriate skills and behaviours.
• Assist RGM with staffing plans and performance management.
• Analyze sales, labour, inventory and controllables to meet margin and sales targets.
• Ensure safety codes and company policies are followed.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and franchisees.
