Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking an AGM to lead a busy restaurant in Grand Blanc, MI. The role combines hands-on operations with coaching of Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members to ensure excellent service, quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant, motivating Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members; coach and train to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform hands-on operational work to train employees and model desired skills.
• Support in meeting safety, health, and corporate policies.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, labor management, inventory and supplies, and staff development.
• Supervise team and coordinate tasks for efficiency.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables; take corrective actions to meet margins and sales targets.
• Assist in preparing financial plans with the RGM.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health codes and company policies.
• Maintain facility and equipment to company standards.
• Recruit and select qualified team members; assist with staffing plans.
• Train and develop staff; provide feedback at all levels.
• Support performance management and corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with RGM on action plans for in-store issues and marketing activities.
• Assist with new product rollouts and relationships with suppliers and franchisees.
