Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, seeks a Restaurant Shift Manager to support day-to-day Food and Beverage operations. You will work with the F&B Operations Manager to meet P&L goals, hire and train supervisors, and manage staff scheduling and inventory controls.

Qualifications
