Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring an Assistant Manager for full-time, on-site work. You will lead teams in the General Manager’s absence, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and uphold guest service standards.

Key duties include managing shifts, logging temperatures, inventory, cash handling, and staff training. Open availability and prior QSR supervisory experience are required to join a fast-paced restaurant team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the US.
• Open availability for full-time shifts.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance as required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in the absence of the General Manager and manage shifts.
• Produce and maintain temperature logs, waste tracking, and key inventory counts.
• Handle sales and cash reconciliation, banking duties, and scheduling with GM approval.
• Train new Shift Managers and team members; address guest concerns and ensure service quality.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks for qualified applicants and support performance reviews.
