Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team in the General Manager's absence and to support daily operations in a fast-paced Quick Service environment.

The role requires open availability, acts in the absence of the GM and Shift Managers, and involves production oversight, inventory management, and guest issue resolution. Candidates should have prior shift/assistant management experience and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability.
• Dependable.
• Coachable.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state Driver’s License, active automobile insurance with the minimum liability coverage as required by driver’s state and local area, and working personal vehicle that can be used to perform management tasks reliably.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and oversee Shift Managers and Team Members.
• Ensure adherence to responsibilities outlined in the Team Member job description.
• Handle production management, temperature logs, waste tracking, and key inventory counts.
• Reconcile sales and cash; train new team members; address guest concerns.
• Assist with truck orders, deliveries, weekly inventories, scheduling, and interviews.
