Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performance team while upholding food safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires 3+ years of QSR management, proficiency with MS Office and POS systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and shift staff.
• Ensure food safety, quality standards and brand compliance.
• Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain health department ratings and brand evaluations.
• Communicate with District Manager and implement brand initiatives.
