Responsibilities

• Track inventories.

• Post invoices on purchase recap daily.
• Sanitation of the entire restaurant.
• Ensure safety and security of staff and guests.
• Ensure recipe adherence and proper food execution.
• Control waste, theft, or loss of food and nonfood items.
• Control all labor expenses.
• Provide timely feedback and performance measurements to staff.
