Job summary

Ted’s Café Escondido Restaurants is seeking a server to play a vital role in guest interactions and overall operations at our Tulsa Hills location. You will deliver a high level of service with a relaxed, friendly style while maintaining professionalism and teamwork to ensure a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include knowing the menu and Aloha system, punctual shifts in full uniform, and adherence to health guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience of at least 6 months.
Interpersonal relations skills required.
Professional in attitude, demeanor, and dress.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

To ensure that Ted’s standard of service is given to every guest, every time
Anticipate the guests needs
To have full knowledge of our menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions
To have full knowledge of the Aloha system
Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted’s Café Escondido Restaurants’
Follow the nueve steps of service at every table
Ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions
Ensure hot food is a priority
Have a positive attitude at all times
Declare all of your tips
Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
