The Post Oak in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation. You will coach staff, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates staff to achieve cost control and effective labor management.
• Inspects establishment to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy including daily sales summaries, petty cash forms, and payroll records.
