You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets and inventory, ensure food safety and sanitation, uphold service standards, resolve issues promptly, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This role requires flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office.
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage FOH and BOH staff.
• Maintain high service standards and guest experience.
