Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Fayetteville, AR seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead one restaurant's operations, drive sales, and manage P&L, safety, and guest service. You will hire, train and develop management and hourly teams, ensure compliance with ServSafe, OSHA, HACCP, and maintain facilities.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing labor and food cost, reviewing schedules, conducting shift meetings, handling guest complaints, building community relationships, and overseeing cash

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor in difficult situations.
• Follows direction with focused attention.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provide performance feedback and development goals to staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan staffing, reviews applications, interviews, and training.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain guest service standards.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with General Manager on programs and maintenance.
