Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including supervision.
• Experience in Front of House and Back of House roles is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of ServSafe Alcohol, food safety and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and staff performance.
• Manage and track bar inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Create a welcoming environment and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Review beverage quality and evaluate vendor options.
• Train, supervise and coach bar staff on policies and service.
