Chicken Salad Chick in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding our brand standards. The role emphasizes developing future leaders and maintaining a positive, energetic work environment.

You will manage administration, scheduling, training, and performance coaching, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive sales through community outreach and memorable service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations for restaurant, employees, and guests.
• Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service to guests.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Meet objectives for sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation through staff training.
• Plan and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities and community outreach.
• Create and follow operational and financial action plans.
• Control cash and receipts per cash handling policies.
• Make employment decisions per management guidelines.
• Oversee and complete performance appraisals on schedule.
• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Maximize labor efficiency while delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Fill in as needed to support guest service and operations.
• Coach and develop staff in managerial and professional areas.
• Prepare paperwork, forms, and reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operability through inspections and maintenance programs.
• Ensure correct unit counts on deliveries and inventory receipts.
