Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service in a clean, inviting environment.

Under the direction of the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, assist with interviewing and training, ensure food safety and financial controls, and help create the fun, family atmosphere customers expect.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counsel and develop staff and team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
