Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance and guest experience. You will help set action plans, manage schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventories while mentoring hourly Team Members.

You will learn competency-based leadership and operational skills, uphold CAVA standards for food quality and service, and support the team in achieving profitability and top-tier customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control.
• Support Team Members with training and feedback.
