The role requires 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership in high-volume environments, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel regularly across CO, TX, KS, OK, and MO to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in breakfast/brunch or high-volume daytime concept preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple P&Ls.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
