Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with restaurant staff about quality of service, cleanliness, and operations.
• Ensures timeliness of deadlines for operations.
• Monitors profitability and acts on deficiencies.
• Identifies areas of need and corrects problems within the operation.
• Assists in developing staff to prepare for future growth.
• Ensure marketing responsibilities, deadlines, and new programs are implemented.
• Perform monthly inventory within their area of responsibility.
• Maintain overall positive morale of staff.
• Oversee staff training program adherence.
• Ensure safety and security of restaurant, staff, and guests in line with company policies.
