You should bring 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and people-development skills, and a working knowledge of labor, food costs, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• High-volume quick-service or fast-casual leadership preferred.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling and ops.
• Working knowledge of restaurant financials and P&L performance.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and set the standard each shift.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong restaurant team.
• Develop Shift Leaders and build a leadership bench.
• Protect food quality, recipes, preparation, and standards.
• Deliver a guest-first experience focused on hospitality, speed and quality.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, orders, and waste.
• Own restaurant sales, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Drive sales through hospitality, catering, and local marketing.
