Mountaineer Park Inc. is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor for Gatsby Restaurant & Buffet in New Cumberland, WV. The role involves leading restaurant operations, managing payroll, scheduling, and ensuring top-tier guest service across all shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least two years in a supervisory Food & Beverage role, and proficiency with MS Office. Availability for flexible hours and a background check are required.

Formación

• Two years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a neat appearance at all times.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain WV Racing License if required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership support to Gatsby Restaurant staff and operations.
• Monitor budgets and labor; manage payroll and tip reports.
• Schedule staff and coordinate training to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Address customer service issues professionally and resolve team member concerns.
• Assist in maintaining high service standards and proper coverage across shifts.
