Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to meet cash handling and safety standards.
• Ability to work in potentially stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Set annual budgets and manage costs; develop cost-saving strategies.
• Provide training and leadership to staff; recruit and schedule staff.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints; enforce disciplinary actions.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and maintain health, safety, quality control.
