You will lead staff, train teams, set schedules, and ensure health, safety, and quality standards while coordinating budgets and end-of-day financial reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s with 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of supervisor/lead experience.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with attention to safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Set annual budgets and manage costs while developing cost-saving strategies.
• Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management.
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.
