Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.
• Effective communication in English regarding job procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a potentially stressful environment; flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability; set annual budgets and manage costs.
• Devise systems, set policy, and implement changes to uphold quality; provide training and leadership to staff.
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.
