Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a restaurant operations leader at Morenci to oversee daily dining services, forecast supply and demand, and ensure profitability. You will coordinate management, customer relations and marketing activities to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires a proactive leader, strong English communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation. Housing and comprehensive benefits support on-site staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years relevant experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with 1 year supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a potentially stressful environment.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to meet operating policies including cash handling and safety.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks per shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Set annual budgets and manage costs; develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit.
• Provide training and leadership to staff, including team building and performance management.
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance.
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required.
