Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Set annual budgets and manage costs, while developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit
• Train staff and provide leadership, including team building and performance management
• Recruit and hire new staff, create schedules, and track attendance
• Investigate and resolve service complaints and enforce disciplinary actions as needed
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports and perform other duties as required
